Our spacious room featured a flat-screen TV and essential amenities like a mini-bar and electric kettle, offering comforts akin to home. Daily housekeeping ensured our space remained tidy, which is a bonus after long days spent exploring. The highlight was undoubtedly the infinity pool, with picturesque views of the river valley—perfect for unwinding after family activities. Breakfast, served until 11 am, was plentiful, accommodating our late holiday mornings. the on-site dining options provided flexibility, catering to various budgets without compromising quality. While not the cheapest option, Herdade do Freixial strikes an admirable balance between comfort and value, making it a worthy consideration for those seeking tranquility immersed in nature.
